From Apples to Turmeric
You see, this is like turmeric. If one is taking turmeric from the grocery store spice aisle, he or she is only getting about 5% curcumins, the active ingredient in turmeric root. This type of diet can be hard to find especially since there are so many out there that do harm rather than benefit the body. It’s a much better plan to learn how to eat properly on a well balanced diet full of variety.

Diets are very high on the list of topics these days. Many people are so fixated on the loss of weight, they loose track of the true goal: being healthier. While weight loss is a great goal, when not done properly, the work and effort is all in vain. Maybe a detox is better.
Diet vs. Detox
When toxins are in the body, which we all have a lot of them, the body produces fat to “encase” the toxin as a protective measure.
